Return policy

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Item is unused
  • Original packaging included
  • Request made within 30 days

2. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer
  • Minor variations in color/size
  • Orders marked as “delivered”

3. Damaged / Wrong Items

Must be reported within 48 hours with photo proof.


4. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued after inspection of returned items.

Processing time: 5–10 business days.


5. Chargeback Policy

Customers agree to contact support before initiating any chargeback.

We will provide Stripe with:

  • Tracking proof
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Communication records
